Through the development of Gram Vikas Department, by extending the life expectancies of the Below Poverty Line families in the country by simplifying them with the help of the most advanced technology, For this purpose, Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (75% central and 25% state-sponsored) is being implemented for this purpose.In this, vocational training is provided to Self Help Groups / Swarojgaris. They are also provided grants and loans for business. It was necessary to get the right market for these items made by Swarojgaris.For this purpose, the state government has decided to conduct sales exhibitions at each departmental and district level and to establish a permanent sales centre at the places of the district and taluka. Accordingly, Government Resolution, Rural Development and Water Conservation Department, no.: Marketing-2008 / Proc.738 / Scheme-1, Order was issued under 27/2/2009.The district centre will get Rs. 50.00 lakhs and taluka centre each is Rs. 25.00 lakhs were decided to provide the subsidy.Meanwhile, considering the increased cost of construction, additional funds are available in excess of Rs. Instructions have been given to pay 25.00 lakh for the Taluka Sales centres. Thus, a total of Rs.50.00 lakh funding is approved for the taluka sales centre.

Under this scheme, funds have been sanctioned for constructing a permanent sales centre in 161 talukas so far. Accordingly, the work of constructing a permanent sales centre in 161 talukas is in progress.

After the implementation of the scheme, the Central Government has started a new venture to construct a permanent sales centre at the village, district and state level for the sale of self-help group savings under the Centrally Sponsored Swarna Jayanti Gram Shorojgar Yojana. The expenditure on this project is to be 75% and the state is 25% and the cost limit is as follows.

Permanent sale centre for village plots up to Rs 15.00 lakh

District level permanent sales centre up to Rs 150.00 lakh

State level permanent sales centre up to Rs 300.00 lakh

Government Resolution No. 2009 / Q.924 / Plan-1D As per 9/12/2011, 75:25 scheme has been adopted for constructing a central government village, district and state level Permanent Sales centre, and it has been approved to continue the scheme of construction of Taluka sales centres in the Government Resolution dated 27.2.2009 completely from the state fund.

99 in all the districts in the state, as well as 99 villages in the centre of the sales centre, have been approved by the centre.
