Purpose of plan: It was proposed to set up a cadre management system for all establishment related matters of all the Zilla Parishad employees in the state.

Project's approach: About Deliverables, As is Report, Detail Project Report, BPR etc. documents were submitted by the Consultants in a timely manner. At the same time, this system is similar to the system built by NIC. Their product was being investigated, the ongoing operations in MahaOnline products and other states. It has been a long association with Central Government agencies. The National Informatics Center (NIC) has informed the people about their system of human resources management which are working in the state of Himachal Pradesh. Considering the application of NIC (which is already ready and can be customized and rolled out), in the meeting of the Project Implementation Committee on e-Governance held on 16/9/017 and 15.11.2017 of the Department. The decision was taken. Also about NIC Mumbai, NIC Pune, NIC Himachal Pradesh, coordinating with Zilla Parishad Nagpur decided to implement this as a pilot project.
This project is being implemented across the state.
Service circulars of Class III and Class IV employees of Zilla Parishad are being computerized under the circular no. Narcotse -2018 / Form No. 109 / Issue 7 dated-08-03-2019.
