Scheme Name : Flood Damage Repair Programme (3054-2911)

In November 2022, the Government decided to implement a new programme for the repair of village roads and other district roads that were damaged due to heavy rains and floods. As per the Government Resolution dated 9 February 2023, detailed guidelines have been issued for the implementation of this scheme.

Accordingly, a committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of the District Collector to determine the priority of essential works in the district under this scheme. The committee is expected to submit its proposal to the Government in the month of October after the end of the monsoon season.

Eligibility Criteria

Maintenance and repair of rural roads, other district roads, and bridges damaged due to heavy rains and floods are eligible under this scheme.
