A one-stop platform for citizens of Maharashtra to submit and track grievances related to Government services under the Rural Development Department.

1.Submit grievance under appropriate category.
2.Unique token number is generated after submission.
3.Track grievance status using token number.
4.Resolution within 21 working days.
5.Feedback as Satisfied / Dissatisfied.
6.Escalation to higher authority if dissatisfied.
Note: Citizens may escalate grievances if resolution is not satisfactory.
