    In the 100-day action plan – the objectives of the Rural Development Department and the details of their achievement are as follows:

    10 Complete the training of 1,00,000 people’s representatives in Panchayat Raj Institutions under the restructured Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan.     15 The 15th Finance Commission funds have not been received due to the lack of public representatives on the local self-government bodies. The issue regarding elections in local self-government bodies could not be resolved as it is pending in the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Therefore, a letter should be sent to the Central Government to get exemption from this condition. Complete Since 2022, administrators have been working in 26 Zilla Parishads and 289 Panchayat Samiti. Letters have been given to the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, regarding the distribution of funds withheld from rural local self-government bodies due to the active administration.

    2. With the signature of the Hon’ble Chief Minister A letter has been sent to the Hon’ble Finance Minister, Government of India on 04.01.2025.
    3. Signed by Hon’ble Principal Secretary (Rural Development and Panchayat Raj)A letter has been given to the Hon’ble Secretary (Ministry of Panchayati Raj), Government of India on 13.01.2025.
    4. In the meeting of the Empowered Committee held in Delhi on 04.03.2025, the Hon’ble Principal Secretary demanded the release of the withheld funds.
    5.With the signature of the Hon’ble Chief Minister A letter has been sent to the Hon’ble Prime Minister on 04.03.2025.
    16 In order to avoid duplication of work with other works in rural areas, including providing basic facilities within the villages as suggested by the people’s representatives, a Single Unified Portal should be developed using the GIS web portal of the Ministry of Panchayat Raj, Gram Manachitra, and an Infra UID should be assigned to each work. Complete As per the letter dated April 4, 2025 of the Rural Development Department, the Single Unified Portal has been made Go Live in all Zilla Parishads from April 01, 2025. 16- 4.4.2025 Single Unified Portal

    18 Under the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Rural Yatrasthal Yojana (B Category) to complete 500 works out of a total of 1,587 various development works given administrative approval at 296 pilgrimage sites.     19 To provide funds up to Rs. 100 crore for development work for 1348 Tandyas under Sant Sewalal Maharaj Banjara/Laman Tanda Samruddhi Yojana by March, 2025. Complete The funds of Rs. 69.69 crore provided by the Finance Department for development work of Tandyas under Sant Sewalal Maharaj Banjara/Laman Tanda Samruddhi Yojana by the end of March, 2025 have been distributed to the concerned Zilla Parishads. 19- 69.69 Saint Sewalal Maharaj
    20 Construction of Panand roads in rural areas Complete To determine the boundaries of all Shiv Panand farms in the state and construct quality farm roads under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Minister (Revenue) Dated 16.01.2025 and Date 6.2.2025 A meeting was held with the Rural Development and Employment Guarantee Scheme Department on 15th. In this meeting, suggestions were given to study the Nagpur pattern for constructing quality farm roads.
    Accordingly, to get information about the Nagpur pattern being implemented in Nagpur district for construction of farm/land roads, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Principal Secretary (Rural Development).Dated.14.2.2025 The meeting was held on. In accordance with the said meeting, the report received from the Zilla Parishad, Nagpur has been sent to the Employment Guarantee Scheme Department on 11.3.2025 for further action.
    Also, a meeting was held on 8.4.2025 under the chairmanship of Hon. Minister (Roh.Yo.) and in the presence of Hon. Minister of State (Finance and Planning) regarding the construction of farm/Panand roads.
    Accordingly, further action is expected from the Roh.Yo. Department.
